This is not a worthy product...Shipping is prompt and received in good condition.
Don't buy this, This product is not that great and shakes when u keep ur phone on it.
Suggest to buy something which is more useful.

Works well, nice to have something that hooks to the vent as well as the window. When the window gets hot my garmin is too heavy and falls off.

The package but the windshield mount was missing. It seems ok on the ventilation. a bit hard to adjust the size.

This product came and was completely different than what i ordered. It was way more bulky than what i thought i was gonna get and would not even hold my ipod nano which is what i bought the mount for. Do not order this product unless your getting it for something like a cell phone or GPS.

2 weeks after buying this product, it broke. Namely the suction cup part. Some problems with the grip too. It fell off, but I was able to place it back. *sigh*
